The products and services we provide will henceforth be referred to as (“Services”). This policy sets out how we handle your personal information if you’re a visitor to our Website.
- The terms ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘Caskie’ identify Caskie Limited as the owner and controller of the Website.

11. We are based in the UK so your data will be processed in the UK. Some of the recipients we have described in section 10 above, and to whom we disclose your personal information, are based outside of the UK in places like the US. We do this on the basis of your consent to this policy.
